January 23- Write about something that you heard that you wish you could unhear.

Something I wish I could unhear is when a group of students started talking badly about a teacher who ended up homeless. The 2 students started out talking about a teacher whom they ¨hated" because she expected work on time and if it wasn't in on time she wouldn't accept it, however one of the students revealed that the teacher attempted to start a business and when it didn't work out she ended up with no money and was unable to pay for a lot of necessities, later on a student had seen her on the side of the road with all her things out. I wish I could unhear it because no one deserves to go through that, and to make fun of something like that is a lack of compassion .

During class we worked on our slides in the group project and we moved forward including context and claims.

In the book Wilde We learn more about how cheryl was unprepared not only physically but with the dangers on the trail.
