Jan 20- Describe a moment when your body limited what you could do, and explain what that experience taught you about your mental strength.

A moment where my body limited what I could do was in Middle School when we had to run a mile and I went a minute over the time limit allotted because my stomach started hurting as I ran . It was right after pandemic so I didn't have much stamina to be able to run far, this taught me that to be able to run far I needed to be able to not only run consistently but believe that I could move forward so I could.

During our group project in Chapter 6 of Wilde we further learn about Cheryl and how she starts to perceive things differently. We also start to see her reflect on her past experiences.
